Close any zips and empty pockets.

Turn garments inside out before washing

Wash at 30°C.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Wash with similar colours.

Do not overload the machine.

Remove items as soon as the wash ends.

Do not tumble dry – air dry only

Iron inside out on a low heat.
