Terms and Conditions

1) Ordering.
The customer must check all details and selections made when ordering.

2) Name Permission.
By ordering a hoodie through an online shop you give permission for the associated name to be printed within the artwork.
It is the responsibility of the person organising/ordering Hoodies to have the permission from parents of all the named pupils that are to appear in the Leavers Design.

3) Nicknames.
It is the responsibility of the person organising/ordering Hoodies to check that any Individually Printed Nicknames are suitable for printing in order not to cause offence to the general public. We reserve the right not to print any names that we recognise to be offensive in any way.

4) Payment.
Unless with prior agreement from Leaverswear.com payment is to be made in full at the time of placing the order.

5) Changes.
Orders placed cannot be altered unless received instructions via email to sales@leaverswear.com within 48 hours of order being placed.
6) We do not accept the return or exchange of unwanted customised garments for any reason. Customised garments include any garment with bespoke print and/or embroidery. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
You can return uncustomised goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods shall be paid for by the customer.

7) Colours of Garments.
Colours on the website are a representation only and are only as accurate as the screen allows. We will not accept any returns on the basis that the colour is not an identical match to the colours on the website. If in doubt we can supply shade cards for colours and samples on request.

8) Delivery
Any shortages on delivery must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order. Damaged or opened boxes must be notified and either be refused or checked on delivery. Any delivery dates that are given when quoting are an approximation and should only be used as a guideline.
Direct to school deliveries.
When providing a delivery address, please ensure that there will be someone at the address to sign for the goods between 9am – 6pm. Specific delivery times cannot be requested however specific delivery days Monday - Friday can be requested.
