How To Order Your Leavers Hoodies
Set-up an online shop or order in bulk?
No matter which order method you choose, your dedicated account manager will be on hand
throughout the process should you have any questions or need any advice.
We offer 2 methods of ordering to best suit your needs.
Step 1) Contact us to
discuss your requirements and design ideas. We will
then clarify everything via email.
Step 2) We will work
with you to create your chosen designs and provide any images you made need to help you promote your hoodies.
Bulk Ordering
Step 3) Collect orders manually and place your order via email or we will set-up your online
shop to take orders until
a set deadline.
Step 4) Once your order is placed or deadline on
your online shop is met we will produce and despatch your order inaround 1-2 weeks.
Online Shop
You are in control - You will need to promote, collect the orders and payments manually then submit to us all details in a spreadsheet with a column for colours, sizes and nicknames if applicable. We will then raise and email an invoice for the total
cost of the order for payment.
It's Easy - We would set up your very own web shop on our website, students / parents can then visit the web shop, select colour, size and personalisation
options and pay securely online with a
credit or debit card.
No need to collect all the orders and details yourself and no dealing with cash or cheques.
Artwork Approval - All logos are proofed to you via email to ensure you are 100% happy before going into production. Full layouts are created showing exactly how the finished item will look. For the back logo we would need a full alphabetical spreadsheet of names to fit within the 21 or chosen back design.

Quick Delivery - Unlike the online shop where a deadline would be set to collect orders within. Once you place a bulk order it will go straight into production. We aim to deliver all orders within 2 weeks. if you require them quicker or by a certain date please let your account manager know.
Delivery - We will discuss with you to determine a deadline and delivery date for your order. As all the orders need to be placed online we recommend a 2-4 week window for orders to be placed. Once the deadline is reached we will produce and despatch the orders either to school or we also offer a home delivery service.
Easy Distribution - To make distribution of your hoodies as easy as possible hoodies you will be boxes as per your order. Each box is numbered 1,2,3 etc so the first hoodie on your order will be in the top of box 1.
We can also individually bag and label the hoodies upon request. Please note there is a small charge for this service.
Easy Distribution - To make distribution of your hoodies as easy as possible for online orders all hoodies are individually bagged with details of who it belongs to. We also provide a full list of names for all orders placed within the box so you can check off the orders as students come to collect them.
