Q: Is There Any Set-Up Charges?
A. No, we do not charge set-up or delivery and we also give a free hoodie to the organiser.
Should you wish to re order after the initial bulk order a delivery charge may be applied.
Q: How long does it take?
A. Once your order is placed, delivery time is 7 - 10 working days, however this depends on time taken to approve proofs.
Q: Do we have to order a minimum number of shirts?
A. Due to the time required to set up our printing / embroidery equipment, we do require a minimum order of 10 garments to process a first order. This can be made up of any mixture of styles, colours and sizes.
Q: Do All Shirts have to have a sleeve print or nickname?
A. On an order if some people want to have a sleeve print or a nickname this is not a problem, not everyone is required to have a nickname or sleeve print.
Q: Do we have to use one of your design layouts?
A. No, all design layouts can be altered to match your requirements, if you have an idea of your own just let us know, our designers will do there best to create the artwork you are after.
Q: Do we all have to have the same garment style and colour?
A. No, as everybody has different tastes in colours you can order any garment and colour, we print navy or black on light coloured garments, white on dark coloured garments.
Q: Do we need to pay before our order is delivered?
A: We request payment before despatch of your order, however if the school / college is ordering and we can invoice the school / college payment can be sent after delivery.
Q: We would like to re order some more, is this possible?
A: Yes, you can re order more of the same design that you had printed, we do ask for a minimum of 5 pieces, if you are having trouble making it up to 5 contact us to see what we can do .
